Getting to know Jenn

With a passion for helping others realize their best selves, Jenn DePrizio founded DePrizio Leadership Group in 2023 to support organizations in building healthier workplace culture and to support staff through leadership development. For more than 20 years, Jenn has led audience-centered program development and interpretive strategies in art museums across the country.

Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jenn employs her passion for art to build empathy into her coaching, training, and consulting practice. Over the past two decades she has held leadership positions at the Cleveland Museum of Art, Portland Museum of Art, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, the J. Paul Getty Museum, and the Worcester Art Museum. Her work as a top performing leader enables her to fully understand the complexities and challenges of the current workplace landscape. Jenn is passionate about building partnerships with clients that impact individual and organizational achievement. She draws on her deep understanding of the nuance of leading and brings proven success in coaching diverse teams and building consensus around vision to generate results for her clients.

Having finalized a nationally recognized coach training program, she has received the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. She also recently earned an Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Certificate through Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.

Her core values of integrity, transparency, respect, generosity, and joy—as well as the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics—guide her as a coach and consultant. She is committed to engaging with clients as unique individuals, acknowledging—and always respecting—their identity, experiences, values, and beliefs. Honesty, directness, and confidentiality guide her interactions and feedback.

 

Jenn lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio (just outside of Cleveland) with her husband and daughter.

She spends her free time hiking, gardening, exploring art, and cooking.
