The length of one-on-one coaching engagements vary based on topic and a client's needs. Short term, topical coaching engagements include more frequent (weekly) sessions on a shorter timeline (1 to 3 months). This option is ideal for tackling an acute, urgent issue or for managers looking for structured, outside support for their team members. For broader, more in-depth topics, a coaching engagement typically last for 6 months to one year, with biweekly or monthly meetings.

Team
Coaching
Team coaching aims to enhance the performance, collaboration, and overall effectiveness of a group working towards a common goal. The primary goal is to unlock the team’s full potential and help members achieve higher levels of synergy, collaboration, and productivity. The process involves assessing the dynamics, strengths, challenges, and objectives of the team, and subsequently building a series of discussions and activities designed to strengthen communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationships within the team.

Through guided discussions, Jenn collaborates with teams to develop a deeper understanding of individual roles, perspectives, and contributions, while fostering an environment of safety in which team members can express thoughts and ideas without fear of judgement.
Successful teams make space for ongoing assessment and subsequent adjustment. As your team coach, Jenn tracks your progress, celebrates important achievements, and supports evolving needs, resulting in more resilient, adaptable, and innovative teams, ultimately leading to improved outcomes and a more fulfilling work experience for every team member.
Team coaching can be particularly effective during times of transition, organizational change, restructuring, and new leadership. The length of a team coaching engagement varies based on topic and the team's capacity. A team coaching structure can also include individual coaching sessions for team members.
